WARNING! Verizon Customers! This phone may not receive MMS/picture text. In order to get MMS working with this device, you will need to call Verizon and get a new SIM Card. They may need to manually remove CDMA less Provisioning which only Tier 2 Tech support can do. Please note this process can take more than a few hours and many Verizon technicians do not understand what to do. We will not be able to help you with that, only Verizon can. The most common hardware issue is that being that the keypad is glued down to the phone and not held down any other way, it tends to bubble over time.

This device is unlocked for all carriers including T-Mobile At&t and Verizon but NOT SPRINT/T-Mobile.
