We hope to be able to help you make this transition as efficiently as possible. At this time we do not have our new plan information finalized. We will update you as soon as we can. We anticipate the new plans to cost approximately $5 more per line.
PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT have access to individuals account information. PLEASE do not call us with questions relating to transition as it will only hold up other customers from getting the help they need.
When at all possible, for questions and issues – do not call us. please email firstname.lastname@example.org instead. that way we can help as many people as possible without keeping anyone on hold.
When our plans are available, if you would like to continue your service with us on data free plans, you will need to “port” your number from TPO to the new carrier. We do expect hold times to increase as TPO’s closing date of mid-July gets closer.
The porting process is as follows.
- You will need all of your account information listed below.
- Call us up and talk to our new carrier to sign up for a new line. During the sign up process you will need to tell them you are porting a number (keeping your old number). You will need to tell them that you would like to keep your old device which is currently active.
- If your phone was manually programmed you may need to program it again. Please ask the new company for your MSID.
- Program your phone to the new MSID.
- Enjoy your new service!
In the meantime, it would be useful for you to call TPO at 848-299-4081 ext 2 and ask them for the following information;
- Your account number.
- Your Port-Out pin.
- Your MSID.
- Your MSL code.
