Adding an SD card
  • Note: Not all phone or tablet models support microSD cards. On these models, there will only be a slot for the SIM card.

Phones with no removable back

  • Insert an ejector tool  into the hole in the SIM and microSD card tray on the top of your phone or tablet. If you have lost or misplaced the ejector tool, you can use a pin or needle instead but please use caution.

Phones with removable back:

  • Ensure the device is powered off. Using the notch gently lift and remove the battery cover. With the gold contacts facing down, insert the memory card then press in on the card until it locks into place. Slide the SD / Memory Card out.
