KOSHER CELL INC. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY AND WINDOW
Our standard return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange, including for items that were received damaged.
A. Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same physical condition that you received it.

In its original packaging.
B. Exclusion from Return
A device is NOT eligible for return or refund if it shows evidence of customer misuse, even if the item was originally defective:

Items that were dropped, exposed to water/moisture (got wet), or left in excessive heat are ineligible for return.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. RETURN AUTHORIZATION AND SHIPPING
A. Mandatory Authorization
You must obtain official authorization from Kosher Cell Inc. before sending any item back to us.

C. Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable: Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping (if paid for by us) will be deducted from your refund amount.

Traceable Shipping: For items valued over $\mathbf{\$ 75}$, we strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item reaches us.
3. REFUNDS
A. Inspection and Notification
Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected. We will notify you via email regarding the status of your return and the approval or rejection of your refund request.
B. Processing Approved Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days (processing time varies by institution).
C. Partial Refunds
Only partial refunds (if applicable) may be granted in the following situations:

Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (e.g., incomplete return).

Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery (if authorization was granted late or shipment delayed).
D. Late or Missing Refunds (Troubleshooting)
If you have not received your approved refund, please follow these steps:

4. EXCHANGES
We only exchange items that are determined to be defective or damaged (not caused by customer misuse or neglect).

Required Documentation: When sending the item, you must include a note inside the package detailing what is needed (e.g., "Exchange for the same item due to defective screen").

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
5. GIFTS
A. Items Shipped Directly to Recipient
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, once the return is received, you will receive a gift credit (gift certificate) for the value of the return.
B. Items Shipped to Purchaser
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, a refund will be issued to the original gift giver.
